Luxury individual house. Alicante, Spain
The project is developed individually for the customer, starting with the fire floor and ending with the design of the facades and interior. The house was designed for a large family consisting of two adults and two children.
On the first floor there is an entrance hall, a spacious living room with a kitchen, a gym, a bathroom, a guest bedroom and a laundry room. The second floor accommodates a bright and spacious corridor, two children's rooms and a master bedroom. Each room has its own walk-in closet, and the master bedroom has access to a large terrace that overlooks the front yard.
On the territory of the house there is a large swimming pool, a barbecue area, a carport and a spacious terrace for relaxing with the family.
The house is designed in a modern style, both outside and inside, a lot of glass for better lighting, decorative wooden elements create a beautiful house in a warm city of Spain.
